Natalie Thomas (she/her), LCSW, LISW-CP, ACS

Practice Owner, Clinical Supervisor, Therapist

If you're looking to move past the impact of trauma, struggle with setting and enforcing boundaries, and want a balance of conversational therapy alongside accountability and skill-building, we may work well together. I offer a direct, relational style of therapy, with an occasional curse word thrown in for authenticity—something that some clients really appreciate. I believe in being open and transparent to foster a comfortable space for honest communication and growth.

My clients are motivated individuals who are either new to therapy or have tried it before without achieving the results they hoped for. Many of them are navigating the challenges of trauma and identify within the LGBTQIA+ community, though I also enjoy working with helping professionals and individuals dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, and other life stressors. I work with people who are ready to engage in their personal growth and are seeking meaningful change.

Creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment is key to my approach. I show up as a human being first, bringing my authentic self to the therapeutic process. I understand that therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I strive to ensure that our space feels safe, collaborative, and comfortable. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to guide you in connecting with yourself in a deeper and more meaningful way that feels right for you.

After our first session, my hope is that you feel excited, motivated, and eager to return. I highly value feedback from my clients, so if there’s anything you liked or didn’t like, please let me know. Your input is crucial in helping me ensure we’re on the right path toward your growth.

When I’m not at work, I love exploring new restaurants and breweries, watching true crime and suspense shows and movies, and listening to country music (especially Luke Combs!). I also enjoy spending time with family and friends—and, of course, Charlie, because bringing him to work just isn’t enough! See below for some cuteness.

I’m licensed in CO, NC, and SC and see clients both in-person and virtually.

Meet Charlie

  • Black dog lying on a gray couch beside a decorative pillow.

I love to come to work and see my clients! I’ll leave some room on the couch for you!

  • A black dog with a leash lying on grass in a park-like area with mountains in the background.

When I’m not busy at the office, I enjoy laying outside and begging for attention from everyone!

  • Black dog with white markings lying on a cement floor with a blue leash

Dreaming of the next time I get cuddles and pets from my clients!
